Rare Studio was founded by Michiel Greeve, bringing together nearly a decade of experience within the interior design and architecture industries, with a dedicated focus on lighting design. In 2024, he founded the studio to fully concentrate on crafting atmospheres through light and developing cohesive, tailored lighting concepts.

With a strong eye for distinctive products - from unique, often undiscovered luminaires and vintage pieces, to emerging designers and the newest technical developments - Rare Studio focuses on considered design choices, originality and an independent, tailored approach.
